Freshly remodeled three bedroom vacation rental in the area of Centro. Is a semi gated neighborhood ten minutes from the Jardin with approximately 40 homes and a large private garden. It is steps away from great restaurants and shops. Two of the three suites are located on the upper level. Each have a king sized bed, en suite bath, and AC (Mini Splits). One of the bathrooms has a shower and bath tub. The other a newly styled shower. One the lower level you'll find the third suite with a queen sized bed and en suite with shower. This room is next to a large well manicured garden area. There is a comfortable seating area and bistro table for breakfast or coffee just next to the bedroom. The roof terrace has spectacular views of San Miguel de Allende's churches including most prominently the Parroquia. There is a comfortable seating area surrounding a fireplace and dining table for four. Features: AC ( Mini Splits ) in the upstairs bedrooms. Parking garage and lots of safe street parking, Filtered water throughout, Washer Dryer. Maid service MWF & Gardener 2 per week.
