I have gained practical experience in the real estate sector from both an ownership and portfolio management perspective. Since early 2024, I have been involved in the management and further development of a real estate portfolio in Switzerland and Italy within the framework of a family office, with a focus on administration, analysis, and targeted acquisitions.

Since May 2024, I have also been a property owner myself, allowing me to approach my work from the perspective of both an investor and an owner-occupier. This combination of operational involvement, portfolio exposure, and personal investment forms the foundation of my understanding of market dynamics, property valuation, and sustainable real estate strategies.

Currently, I further develop this expertise in my role at Engel & Völkers in Thalwil, where I gain in-depth insight into professional property marketing, client advisory, and residential valuation within the regional market.
