Alessandro has practical experience in the real estate sector from both an ownership and portfolio perspective. Since early 2024, he has been involved through a family office in the management and development of a real estate portfolio in Switzerland and Italy, with a focus on administration, analysis, and targeted acquisitions.

Since May 2024, Alessandro has also been a property owner himself, bringing the perspective of both an investor and user into his professional activities. This combination of operational involvement, portfolio insight, and personal investment forms the foundation of his current understanding of market mechanisms, property valuation, and sustainable real estate strategies.

He is currently deepening this expertise in his role at Engel & Völkers in Thalwil, where he gains insight into professional property marketing, client advisory, and residential valuation within the regional market.
