Julia Aichholzer

Julia M. Aichholzer joined Engel & Völkers in 2026 and specialises in New Developments and Market Development.

Prior to joining Engel & Völkers, she was responsible for building, strategically developing and leading a growth-oriented business division across Germany, Austria and Switzerland within an international media and publishing company. In this role, she identified and developed new markets and business opportunities, established long-term commercial partnerships, and led complex contractual and commercial negotiations with international companies and brands.

Her particular strength lies in identifying market and business potential at an early stage and translating it into clear positioning, marketing and sales strategies. She combines an analytical understanding of markets with a strong commercial and sales focus, alongside a commitment to highly personal and professional client service.

At Engel & Völkers, she brings this experience to the development and marketing of new-build projects, as well as to strategic market and business development.
