Description
As soon as you enter this charming chalet, you feel its cozy, warm atmosphere. Walls, ceilings and the impressive open roof structure are entirely finished in high-quality natural wood. The easy-care tiled flooring throughout the house harmonizes perfectly with the rustic chalet style. On the ground floor, which also provides direct access to the garage and the utility room/basement, the house offers a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. The centerpiece is the exceptional, spacious and open living, dining and kitchen area, as well as a bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. Thanks to the ceiling opening up to the roof ridge and additional gallery windows in the upper section, a unique, airy sense of space is created. Several window fronts frame the spectacular backdrop of the Graubünden mountain world like living paintings. A stylish wood-burning stove adds extra coziness on cold winter days. One floor higher, on the open gallery under the sloping roof, there is another bedroom and a separate WC. The sun-drenched, covered terrace with adjoining garden invites convivial barbecue evenings with family and friends. Enjoy absolute privacy here and the unobstructable view of the Graubünden mountain world.

Location: Saint Peter, Arosa
Situated on the sunny side of the Schanfigg, the chalet towers above the roofs of the small, traditional village of St. Peter. Easily accessible on the Chur–Arosa route, the village is surrounded and shaped by sunny terraces, beautiful flower meadows, extensive pastures and broad forests. From Chur, the journey takes about 25 minutes; the onward trip to Arosa takes another approx. 20 minutes. St. Peter is connected to the Hochwang family ski area. Two lifts, a pony lift and 20 kilometres of pistes are available to guests during the winter season—pure sunny skiing! Away from the pistes, there are also numerous options for ski tourers and off-piste skiers. The offer for snow-sports enthusiasts is complemented by a groomed sledding run—a special delight for children as well. Those seeking more variety will find in Arosa an easily accessible ski area with a large piste network and cross-country trails. During the summer months, the Schanfigg shines in lush green and invites visitors to extended hikes and exciting bike tours. Nature provides a wide range of leisure activities. The place offers a selection of restaurants, and the nearby village of Peist provides small shopping options. A wider range can be found in Chur or Arosa.
