The first floor, arranged as a duplex, is characterized by its spacious and bright living areas, perfectly integrated. A stunning modern kitchen, fully equipped and able to be harmoniously concealed, is located on this level, adding a touch of sophistication. A staircase leads to the last bedroom, located on the same level as the upper terrace, from where you can enjoy privileged views of the Dalt Vila Cathedral.
