The premium 3+kt apartment with a usable area of 107 sqm on the 2nd floor is situated in an architecturally and culturally significant Cubist landmark, the so-called "Teachers' House". This iconic building, constructed in the Old Town between 1919–1921 according to the design of architect Otakar Novotný, represents one of the most important post-war Cubist realizations.
The building features representative common areas and an elevator. The apartment itself underwent an extensive and premium reconstruction between 2022–2023, designed by an architect with maximum respect for the original Cubist character of the building.
The layout includes a generous entrance hall with access to a winter garden, a living room with a kitchen and large insulating windows, and two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. A separate toilet is also available.
Natural materials and replicas of period elements were used in the interior. The floors consist of custom-made parquet in a folded decor and Italian stone mosaic, which is also repeated on the bathroom tiles. All furniture and fixtures, including the entire wall in the hall with integrated doors, were custom-made according to the original design. The kitchen unit with a ceramic countertop is equipped with premium Siemens and AEG appliances, and there is also LED backlighting for the built-in wardrobes with automatic switching. Selected design lights present the brands Vibia, Bomma, Wever & Ducre, or copies of Lee Broom.
The Old Town location in the vicinity of Elišky Krásnohorské Street is one of the most attractive parts of Prague 1. The prestigious Pařížská Street encourages shopping, and the Vltava riverbank with its embankment and the large Letná Park invite for walks.
