This iconic building, constructed in the Old Town between 1919–1921 according to the design of architect Otakar Novotný, represents one of the most important post-war Cubist realizations. The apartment itself underwent an extensive and premium reconstruction between 2022–2023, designed by an architect with maximum respect for the original Cubist character of the building.
