This impressive 4-star superior hotel, on the Walchsee in Kössen, offers unlimited possibilities for guests of all generations. The hotel's outstanding location makes it an exceptional retreat for a relaxing holiday in the mountains.

The property was originally built decades ago as a snack bar and has been converted into a hotel over the years. The most recent expansion took place in 2013, when the impressive spa and wellness area was built. It has a diverse selection of saunas, such as a herbal sauna, a Finnish sauna, a brine sauna, an infrared sauna and a refreshing ice sauna.

The waterbeds and rest areas offer pure relaxation. There is also a cozy area where you can have a coffee and a bite to eat. The wellness area also offers a beauty area with several treatment rooms on an area of approx. 514 m². In addition, there are fitness rooms that offer enough space for group exercises.

Upon entering the hotel, you arrive directly in the lobby with reception. The restaurant with adjoining terrace and its own breakfast restaurant offer a variety of culinary options and invite you to relaxed meals. The cigar lounge and the hotel bar with their own gaming tables create an inviting atmosphere for social evenings. The 63 rooms with a total of 110 beds were also renovated in 2013.

The hotel kitchen not only impresses with its spaciousness and the existing cold storage cells, but also with its strategically favorable location, which enables smooth supply of all restaurants and contributes to efficient processes.

An underground car park with approx. nine parking spaces and approx. 40 outdoor parking spaces offer enough parking space for the guests. There are also around four parking spaces for coaches.

The hotel is ideally suited as a wellness hotel and at the same time offers the potential for a retirement home and an upscale rehabilitation center. The private driveway allows efficient security of the hotel.


Walchsee / Kössen / Schwendt: Location and surroundings of this property

Kössen is the first place in Tyrol when you come from Bavaria via Reit im Winkl or Schleching. A wide range of leisure activities and beautiful vantage points are available to the guest: paragliding and skiing on the Unterberg (Hochkössen), hiking and mountain biking, rafting on the Tiroler Ache and much more.

Hochkössen in the Tyrolean Kaiserwinkl is the ideal ski area for family holidays in Tyrol. The gondola and a total of 10 chairlifts and T-bar lifts transport skiers and sunbathers to slopes of all levels of difficulty and resting places with unlimited views. Inner peace sets in during a snowshoe or winter hike.

It's not for nothing that summer in Kaiserwinkl is called "active summer"! Because here it's no longer just about hiking in a breathtaking mountain scenery in Tyrol - no - in Kaiserwinkl people bike, golf, swim, raft and much more. Families will find everything that makes a perfect summer holiday in Tyrol with children in Kaiserwinkl - variety, excitement and pure adventure is the motto here.

The neighboring Walchsee offers ideal conditions for a summer holiday with pleasant temperatures between 20 and 24 °C and its excellent water quality: after sporting activities on hot days, you can refresh yourself in the cool water.

5. Ist dem Empfänger das von uns nachgewiesene Objekt bereits bekannt, ist uns dies schriftlich spätestens innerhalb von fünf Tagen mitzuteilen. An Provision sind bei Vertragsabschluss die in den jeweiligen Angeboten aufgeführten Beträge an uns zu zahlen.

6. Es gilt österreichisches Recht, Gerichtsstand ist Kitzbühel.
