Going Scheffau Söll Ellmau: Location and surroundings of this property

Ellmau is nestled between the limestone massif of the “Wilder Kaiser” in the north and the “Hartkaiser” in the south. The place is located at 820 m above sea level at the foot of the “Wilder Kaiser” nature reserve, about 15 km from Kitzbühel and about 15 km from the city of Kufstein and the Inntal motorway.

The town with its 2,750 inhabitants is a summer and winter sports area and has also become particularly known as the “Bergdoktor village”. Ellmau has a 27-hole and a 9-hole golf course, a large adventure swimming pool, a state-of-the-art 10-person gondola lift to the “Hartkaiser” and thus connection to the largest contiguous ski area in Austria, which extends to the “Hohen Salve” in the west.


All shops for daily needs, various restaurants and bars are located in town.
