The traditional Tyrolean chalet style stands for absolute perfection in craftsmanship. You can recognize it on the outside by the classic and decorative exposed roof truss, the typical gravel roof, the rear-ventilated old wood facade made of local larch and the robust stone walls.

The walls in the living and sleeping areas are mainly made of local larch - installed without glue - with an underlying ecological insulation made of wood fibers. The floorboards are made of oak wood. Under the plastered inner walls are clay building boards, which ensure a distinctive room climate in all rooms. This creates an incomparable living space atmosphere that impresses on all levels.

Natural stone, original old wood, local larch wood and natural design materials inside give the chalets their special character.

The fantastic panoramic window front made of special larch wood is a unique special construction with extremely narrow frame elements from JOSKO. It enables an unrestricted view of the Wilder Kaiser - on several levels.

The impressive massif presents itself before your eyes as if on an oversized multi-vision screen. Without disturbing elements in the foreground. Just the mountain in front of your large window and you inside. In the evening on the top floor at sunset with a nice glass of red wine or early in the morning with the first coffee on the ground floor.

The frames are kept as narrow as statically feasible so that they cover as little of the unique panorama as possible.
An incomparable feeling of living is created here, which inspires even the most demanding people without restrictions - through the highest quality standards and absolute perfection down to the smallest detail.
