Commission Details

The real estate agent declares that - contrary to the customary business practice of the dual agent in the real estate industry - he is acting unilaterally only for the landlord.
The brokerage fee plus VAT is due for payment at the legally stipulated rate only from the landlord's side upon conclusion of the tenancy agreement (see ancillary costs overview and
