1. Buying a traditional or a modern finca in Mallorca? With Engel & Völkers in any case!

Some of the properties you can buy in Mallorca with Engel & Völkers are time-honoured estates. They were once built as farmhouses and now radiate the charm of bygone times in a beautifully renovated state. On the inside, the owners usually keep the rural ambience, without having to give up modern standards

For years, we have witnessed the development of fascinating new-builds in the style of a finca, which are optically reminiscent of traditional Majorcan houses. These impressive, modern country homes are often situated on large plots of land. As is the case with many traditional fincas, Mediterranean olive groves or vineyards frequently surround these modern properties. It is not uncommon for these fincas to be located in the mountains and valleys of Mallorca and many of them inspire their residents with wide, panoramic views of the fabulous azure of the sea.
