This bright 100m2 west facing apartment with panoramic sea views is located in one of the best urbanizations in Sitio de Calahonda. The house has direct access from the street and is distributed in an entrance hall, with a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge, coffee machine, etc.) and open to the living room with dining table and fireplace. . Calahonda is situated between Marbella and Fuengirola and is an area chiefly developed for tourism, with extensive apartment blocks and timeshare facilities stretching from the coast into the hills behind. This self-sufficient resort provides an excellent base for exploring the Costa del Sol. It has a fantastic climate with less than 50 days of rain a year and with an average temperature of 18°C.
