[layout] Opening the security door you cross a spacious hall, and you are led to the large living room/dining room, two distinct spaces that are separated or connected according to your functional intention with a sliding door with large opaque windows, so as not to deprive the rich natural light which illuminates the space from the large openings to the balcony.

Location: Gyzi, belongs in the 7th subdepartment of Athens Municipality and is located between Polygono, Ampelokipi and Neapoli, only 2km far from Athens city center. Gyzi was named around 1925 after famous painter Nikolaos Gyzis and the area was rapidly built during 1960s-1970s.

Unique features: Even though it is densely populated, Finopoulou Hill, Pedion Areos grove and Protomagias Square, provide urban green spaces for leisure. Many cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and a variety of shops are located at the center of Gyzi, while 1,5km far is Panellinios, one of Athens’ biggest athletic complexes. Accessibility: Main avenue, Leoforos Alexandras, is connecting Gyzi with two basic Athens’ arterial roads: Mesogeion and Kifissias. Athens International Airport is around 30 minutes away, whereas city center is 5 minutes driving.
