The eco friendly investment project is 100% ready to go. The location is the hardest location to purchase in Athens as it is in a prime location for tourism and locals. It is situated only 200 meters away from the train line which goes directly to the airport.

Keramikos: Location and surroundings of this plot
Location: Kerameikos fringes the Acropolis to the north and is just 2kms from the city centre.
Unique features: Named for Keramos, son of Dionysios and Ariadne, master-ceramicist, Kerameikos was the potters' quarter of the city, used as a burial ground for over a thousand years. The tall columns of the erstwhile gas factory, now transformed as the Athens Municipality’s Technopolis cultural center, lends its name to Gazi. Today, Kerameikos and Gazi are thriving districts with award-winning restaurants sharing space with theatres, hipster hangouts, bars and nightclubs making it the de facto fun zone of Athens. It is within walking distance of all sites, to the Jewish synagogue and houses the Kerameikos Museum. This is an area that is extremely promising, poised for gentrification.
Accessibility:
The Athens Metro adjacent to the Technopolis of Gazi offers direct access to the metro and train network of the city. Piraios avenue also offers access to the Athenian coast within 10-15 minutes, as well as Omonoia and Syntagma squares. The airport is 50 minutes to an hour away by train and 40 minutes by car.
