Portofino International Opera Competition 2019

From July 22nd to 26th, the 5th edition of the Portofino International Opera Competition will take place.

This year, 105 singers from as many as 38 countries were selected, this places the CLIP among the great international opera competitions, such as the Viñas, Operalia, Belvedere or the Neue Stimmen.

Candidates will have five days to test themselves before a remarkable international jury:
Monday 22th, Tuesday 23th and Wednesday 24th at the Teatrino di Portofino the preliminary rounds and the semi-finals are held, on Thursday 25th at 6.00 pm there will be the finale in the beautiful Villa Durazzo in Santa Margherita Ligure and on Friday 26th at 9.30 pm with the Concert of winners Portofino si will transform into a large stage the most famous opera arias will offer unique emotions.
