The staircase and grate that lead us into the flat already introduce the typical Venetian flat of recent construction. The entrance is on a corridor, we walk along it to the right and arrive in the bright living room with exposed stucco on the ceiling. From the large living room we turn right and find ourselves in the kitchen, complete with appliances and a dining table. There is a second table in the living room, past it we find a second corridor. On this, the split for the air conditioning, a little further on we find the entrance to a first double room with wardrobes and generous dimensions. We follow the corridor to the corner where we find the enormous double bedroom with en-suite bathroom equipped with both shower and bath. On this wing of the house, the windows look out onto Strada Nova, but the double windows soundproof the room to the fullest, leaving the right amount of quiet to enjoy. We turn back to the main entrance and this time we walk down the corridor to the left: mirrored on the right we find a closet and on the left another room of more than generous dimensions, with a view of the cavedium below. We continue to follow the corridor which opens on the left onto a pre-entry that leads to the laundry area on the left and a second windowed bathroom going straight ahead.
The Cannaregio district is the second largest in Venice after Castello and is the most populated. In this district, there is the Ghetto of Venice, which can be reached on foot by crossing the Ponte delle Guglie and along the Strada Nova, the main artery of the whole that leads from the Santa Lucia station to Rialto.
