Just a stone's throw from campo SS Apostoli, the link between Strada Nuova and the sestiere of San Marco, in an elegant and intimate campiello, among ancient dwellings and canal panoramas, we find the front door of our building.
We go up to the first floor and enter through the security door directly into a corridor: we go to the right and walk into the spacious and bright living area.
The table offers space for at least six guests, with colours that we find in every detail of the furnishings: from the sofa to the TV cabinet and the kitchen, everything is new, perfectly balanced with the antiquity of the city in which it is located.
From the windows we have a view of the canal below, the same view we enjoy from the master bedroom.
We continue our visit and from the living area we come to the hallway, from which we access the complete bathroom with a window and a small closet with storage space for the boiler and washing machine.
Turning to the right we find the double bedroom, of generous size, complete with four-season wardrobe and chest of drawers. Returning to the entrance, we find a second bathroom with ventilation system.
Finally, the last room, with two single beds and a large wardrobe, opens onto the courtyard below. Available for transitional contracts in the name of a company, not available for students, not available for sublease.

The Cannaregio district is the second largest district in Venice after Castello and is the most populated. In this district is the Ghetto of Venice, which can be reached on foot by crossing the Ponte delle Guglie and along the Strada Nova, the main artery of the whole that leads from the Santa Lucia station to Rialto. This journey of about 25 minutes begins at the foot of the Ponte degli Scalzi and the church of Santa Maria degli Scalzi and ends in Campo dei Santi Apostoli.
