The farmhouse is located in a very strategic area in the heart of Tuscany, 30 minutes from Florence and 35 minutes from Siena. In 10 minutes you can reach both the Florence-Siena motorway and the Florence-Pisa-Livorno highway. It is located on the border between the municipalities of Certaldo and Barberino Tavarnelle, less than 2 km from the village of Fiano, which is therefore easily reached by car but also on foot. Fiano is a small hamlet with all the necessary services, i.e. a grocery store / butcher shop / fruit shop, a bar, a newsagent's, a bank, a post office, a pizzeria, a restaurant and a kindergarten. In less than 10 minutes by car it is possible to reach Certaldo, Montespertoli and Tavarnelle, which have supermarkets and all other services. The farmhouse can be reached via a pleasant country road of about 500 metres, which is asphalted. Florence airport can be reached in just over 30 minutes and Pisa airport in less than an hour.
