Rimini: Location and surroundings of this property

The property is located in the Colonnella area, in a well-serviced residential area, close to the city centre.
A jewel of Roman architecture, it holds the evidence of a history lived as a city protagonist of important events over the centuries. The ancient political, economic and religious centre, the forum, opened at the intersection of the cardo with the decumanus, the two axes around which the surrounding blocks opened in a chessboard pattern. Commission Details

The property brokerage engagement with “FCF real estate srl.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses. The consideration (commission) payable by the Buyer/Landlord for our services, plus VAT at the legal rate, is 3,5% of the sale price of a property or 10% of a yearly rent.
