A jewel of Roman architecture, it holds the evidence of a history lived as a city protagonist of important events over the centuries. The ancient political, economic and religious centre, the forum, opened at the intersection of the cardo with the decumanus, the two axes around which the surrounding blocks opened in a chessboard pattern. Surrounded by a wall (some remains of which are visible today), it opens to the south with the Augustus Arch and to the north with the Tiberius Bridge, the beginning of the Via Flaminia and the Via Emilia respectively. Commission Details
The property brokerage engagement with “FCF real estate srl.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
