A jewel of Roman architecture, it holds the evidence of a history lived as a city that was the protagonist of important events that took place over the centuries. The ancient political, economic and religious centre, the forum, opened at the junction of the cardo with the decumanus, the two axes around which the surrounding blocks opened in a chessboard pattern. Surrounded by a wall (some remains of which are visible today), it opens to the south with the Augustus Arch and to the north with the Tiberius Bridge at the beginning of the Via Flaminia and Via Emilia respectively. Commission Details
The property brokerage engagement with “FCF real estate srl.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses. The consideration (commission) payable by the Buyer/Landlord for our services, plus VAT at the legal rate, is 3,5% of the sale price of a property or 10% of a yearly rent.
If a sale is made, our right to commission arises as soon as the Buyer is informed that the Seller has accepted the offer; in case of property to let, our right to commission arises as soon as the person seeking to rent a property is informed that the Landlord has agreed to let the property to them.
