Sant'Anna Arresi: Location and surroundings of this property

The villa is located in the pine forest adjacent to the Porto Canale Marina in Porto Pino. The cove, named after the extensive shady pine forest that characterizes the coastline, consists of white beaches that dip into the blue hues of the sea, high dunes of the finest sand, coves with clear bottoms, placid lagoons and a forest of very rare Aleppo pines. The inlet stretches for more than six kilometers. The most famous beach is the one named Arenas Biancas (or The Dunes), a dazzling spectacle of nature in the neighboring territory of Teulada. It is a kilometer of soft, snow-white dunes of the finest sand touching thirty meters, which are bordered by sea lilies and junipers. The bottom of the entire shoreline is sandy and slopes slowly: for dozens of meters the water is very shallow, ideal for families with children and also for snorkeling and sport fishing enthusiasts. Along much of the shoreline you will find eateries and establishments where you can rent beach equipment, skates and rafts, as well as diving centers, sailing and surfing schools: all year round Porto Pino is a destination for wind and kite surfers.

The appointment for the sale with ourselves and/or our agent is effected by written agreement or through utilization of our services on the basis of the service brochure/exposé and its related conditions.
