The property is completely heated with a system that does not use fossil fuels but with a heat pump, solar panels and a radiant floor panel system; it is cooled through an air conditioning system consisting of fan coils and concealed vents in all rooms. The design and attention to the use of the most modern technologies has allowed the building to be awarded an excellent energy performance classification of A3. Commission Details

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses. The consideration (commission) payable by the Buyer/Tenant for our services, plus VAT at the legal rate, is 5% of the sale price of a property or 15% of a yearly rent.
