The beautiful town of Erba is located between the two shores of Lake Como, in Brianza, and is surrounded by the last foothills of the Alps. The historic core of the city has several historic gems to offer, as well as pizzerias, bakers and groceries and various shops. Another attraction is the large shopping malls, where everything can be found in comfort. The surrounding mountains attract hikers and mountain bikers, who are rewarded with a breathtaking view. By car you can reach the city of Lecco (about 17 km) or the provincial capital Como (about 14 km / 21 minutes) in about 25 minutes by car. The Lake Como shipping company offers connections all year round with the beautiful locations around the lake. The Lombard metropolis of Milan is about an hour away by car and its international airports of Milan Linate and Milan Malpensa can be reached in 51 km and 56 km respectively. The Swiss city of Lugano with its national airport can be easily reached in less than an hour's drive. Winter sports enthusiasts can reach the cities of St. Moritz (CH), Madesimo, Bormio and Livigno (Ital.) In about 2-3 hours by car.

Commission Details
The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
