The Reiseggerhof is located on the Santa Maddalena hill, in the popular Bolzano area of Rencio. It is over 350 metres above sea level, towering over the entire city of Bolzano, of which one can enjoy a fabulous view, to say the least. An area with a high wine vocation, the beautiful district is embellished on all slopes by neat rows of vines. Here, mainly Schiava and Lagrein grapes are grown, vinified into Santa Maddalena (named after the hill and the patron saint of winegrowers), a well-known ruby-coloured indigenous red wine. The historic town centre is only 1 km away and can be easily reached on foot, by bicycle or by car. The current project approved in 2021 envisages, among other changes, the widening of the small road in front of the farm, providing additional comfort to the Reisegger experience.

Commission Details

The brokerage contract with us and/or our agent is concluded by written agreement or through utilization of our services on the basis of the service brochure/Exposé and its terms and conditions.
