Located in the center of Termini, an hamlet of the Municipality of Massa Lubrense, this noble residence was founded as a convent in 1200 AD. It is a stone and plaster building on 3 levels with its own character and with its own structure. Internal courtyards, loggias, many rooms inside each other, vaulted ceilings, a charming private chapel still consecrated to Saints Sergio, Apuleius, Bacchus and Marcellus with a majolica floor of 1766 attributed to the master Chiaiese, an ancient working bell, a well of spring water in use, ceramic benches of Caltagirone: everything leads back to the austere serenity of the place. Everything invites respect for the place.
The total renovation dates back to 2014, but in the years following the meticulous care of the house has continued. In fact, it is in excellent maintenance conditions.
