What you should know about this villa

Amenities and special features of this villa

Born twice, first in 1700 and then in the early 2000s, this wonderful villa will enchant you. In fact, for a long time, it was the home of the parish priest of the village, who spent his whole life surrounded by beauty, history, frescoes and views. It is said that he loved to admire the flaming sunsets on Ischia from the window of his bedroom. Although it was restored in 2008, becoming the charming accommodation business that is today, the charm of the past has been preserved. On the dome of the hall of the palace, in fact, the protagonist is an incredible fresco that invites you to enter and fall in love with its ancient fairy tale. From this beautiful entrance there is access to a place for commercial use, with a small bathroom and dressing room for staff.
Still on the ground floor of the building, but with access from the garden, there is a large room attached to the main house consisting of a kitchen, dining room and living area with two bathrooms that opens onto a beautiful panoramic terrace with swimming pool.
The first floor consists of seven rooms of which 4 bedrooms with en suite bathroom. The large sun terrace and indoor outdoor shower are a real treat, a privileged place looking at the sea and at the characteristic roofs of the place.
The second floor consists of three bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms with sun terrace. Turning inside every room of the residence, thanks to the attention to detail, the unchanged historical charm and the tranquility that you breathe, it will seem to be in a small corner of paradise where regenerate the soul.

Massa Lubrense: Location and surroundings of this property

Massa Lubrense is the largest municipality of the Sorrento peninsula and it is divided into 18 hamlets, including Schiazzano. This small hamlet, formerly called "Scazano", is located on the northern side of the hill that extends to Termini.
Right in the heart of the Sorrento Peninsula, it is immersed in an environment of ancient charm, with its pleasant climate, the green of chestnut woods and the scent of lemon gardens. The village was once one of the richest thanks to maritime trade. Today the inhabitants of Schiazzano continue to base their main activity on trade and agricultural activities.
Schiazzano is located about a kilometer away from the city center of Massa Lubrense and its community gathers around the Parish of SS. Salvatore.
In front of the church there is a palace of the eighteenth century, destination of tourists who like to walk through the streets of the village, talk with the locals and taste the typical products on farms that are located around the small town.
The main attraction of Massa Lubrense is certainly given by nature: the nature reserves of Punta Campanella and Ieranto, the Mediterranean scrub, the pebble beaches overlooking Capri, the seaside village of Nerano and the views which open onto the Gulf of Naples and the Gulf of Salerno. A natural heritage that always brings it to the top among the most beautiful villages of Campania and Italy.
