Its proximity and convenience in reaching the main infrastructures, such as the Malpensa airport, which is only an hour and a quarter drive away, the city of Milan, which is 70 km away, and the city of Lugano, in Switzerland, which is only half an hour's drive away, have allowed Tremezzina to become one of the most sought-after resorts on Lake Como. The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
