Teulada: Location and surroundings of this property
Teulada is a town of narrow, twisting streets, turquoise coastline, stone sculptures, handicrafts and delicious cuisine. Bread, embroidered clothes and carpets, ceramics, leather and cork artefacts are just some of its outstanding items. There are numerous churches and buildings of historical and artistic interest: in the centre stands the parish church of the Beata Vergine del Carmelo (17th century) with its art museum. In front of the church's neoclassical façade, you can admire the 17th-century baronial house of the Sanjust family, feudal lords of the town, now an exhibition hall and home to the bread and cheese festival in August. The small late-Gothic church of San Francesco is also worth a visit. The most heartfelt devotion is reserved for Sant’Isidoro, in May and August. The procession to 'his' little country church is accompanied by groups in traditional dress from all over the island. The sanctuary is located on the Tuerra plain, where the village stood in the "età giudicale". Due to the assaults from the sea and epidemics, it was rebuilt in the 17th century further inland, where it is today. Pirate incursions were the reason for the raising of watchtowers, including the one dedicated to Sant'Isidoro and the majestic torre del Budello. Lying on the bottom of a valley, enclosed by unspoilt mountains, Teulada is famous for coastal landscapes of incomparable beauty, starting from Tuerredda, listed among the ten most beautiful beaches on the island. Others worthy of note are Campionna, Piscinnì, Capo Malfatano, Porto Tramatzu and s'Ottixeddu. Another corner of paradise inside the military base is Cala Zafferano, accessible by sea only in July and August. In the northwest, another jewel is Arenas Biancas, the southern part of Porto Pino, whose dunes are accessible from a road inside the polygon. Behind the coast, the hills offer surprising scenery: the forest of holm oaks and centuries-old cork trees of Gutturu Mannu and the caves of Punta Sebera.

Commission Details
The appointment for the sale with ourselves and/or our agent is effected by written agreement or through utilization of our services on the basis of the service brochure/exposé and its related conditions.
