Saltrio: Location and surroundings of this property
The municipality of Saltrio is a village located in the north-west of Italy in the province of Varese. Historically, the name of the locality is linked to the extraction of the so-called 'Saltrio stone', used for decorative or structural purposes in numerous fine buildings and monuments in the nearby Canton Ticino and northern Italy. In 1516, with the recognition of the Pieve di Balerna to the Swiss, Saltrio became a border town within the Duchy of Milan. Saltrio is named after the Saltriovenator (Saltrio hunter), a large predatory dinosaur whose remains were found in 1996 in a quarry near the village. Lugano Agno Airport is about 30 minutes away, as is the town of Varese.

Commission Details
The appointment for the sale with our real estate agency and our real estate agents is formalized with a written agreement or, without any document, with the utilization of the services shown in our service brochure, in our real estate expose and relevant conditions.
