The town of Carlazzo is five minutes away from the town of Porlezza. Over the years, the up-and-coming municipality has been discovered by tourists and is now competing with its big Swiss cousin Lugano.
Lake Lugano's beauty is all around you, whether you are strolling along the promenade with real Italian ice cream or enjoying a romantic dinner in one of the high-quality restaurants. Numerous shops invite you to stroll. If you're looking for a vibrant nightlife and cosmopolitan flair, you'll find the charming Swiss city of Lugano just a 20-minute drive away. Trails like the one from Monte Lema to Monte Tamaro are great for hikers of all skill levels and provide an impressive insight into the many facets of the area around Lake Lugano and Porlezza.
The provincial capital Como is 49 km (a 65-minute drive) away, the city of Lecco 38 km (80 minutes).
The village of Menaggio with its renowned golf club can be reached in about 21 minutes.
Milan, with its international airports Malpensa and Linate, can be reached in an hour and a half (93 km). If you love skiing and snowboarding, you're in luck: The famous winter sports resorts St. Moritz (CH) and Livigno (Ital.) are only 2.5–3 hours away.

Commission Details

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses. The consideration (commission) payable by the Buyer/Landlord for our services, plus VAT at the legal rate, is 5% of the sale price of a property or 15% of a yearly rent.
