Just above the crossroads of the Manari pastry shop and the supermarket and behind the beautiful church of San Michele here is a residence in a quiet and easy to access area. The two buildings would allow you to live in one by renting the other. The smaller one is composed as follows: a patio at the entrance, ideal for outdoor dining, a lounge/kitchen which can be converted into a bedroom if necessary. A bedroom with bathroom on the same level and a large space below, but with considerable heights,: these square meters to be maybe allocated to another sleeping area. Foodstore and Cafe’ are just two minutes from here and the center of Capri can be reached in just five minutes via via Croce or via Sopramonte.

Capri is the most famous island in the Gulf of Naples, close to the Amalfi Coast, from which it is only 30 minutes away. Desired by great emperors, such as Augustus and Tiberius, thanks to its mild climate and fascinating territory, this one covers just over 10 square kilometers. Mediterranean temperatures favor the production of oil as well as the world-famous limoncello, as well as the presence of extraordinary essences, which make the island a place of fragrance and beauty in every season. A tourist destination since time immemorial, Capri is rich in the architectural traces left by the personalities who chose it as their permanent residence. From the Roman Villa Jovis via the Carthusian Monastery, from the late Middle Ages, to the noble residences of the last two hundred years: Villa Lysis and the villas of writers, such as Munthe's panoramic one and Malaparte's brilliant one. The street built by Krupp is the best known of the sea-view streets that wind through the area. The village retains the ways of the most authentic island, with local crafts and quiet streets. From here one descends to the Blue Grotto, a naturalistic miracle that amazes visitors with its colors and magic. Other trails lead to the Fortini trail and to the Monte Solaro chairlift. Beautiful beaches, free or equipped, in Marina grande as well as Marina piccola. Where a lunch at the Fontelina turns into a swim at the Faraglioni, and a trip to the Punta Carena lighthouse allows you to admire the dives of the fearless and the most beautiful sunset. La dolce vita, on the other hand, has in Capri its elective place, where the beautiful world gathers to 'lounge' at all hours. The Piazzetta has seen since the 1950s the glamour of a society that, from Sofia Loren onward, has never stopped having fun here.

Commission Details
The appointment for the sale with our real estate agency and our real estate agents is formalized with a written agreement or, without any document, with the utilization of the services shown in our service brochure, in our real estate expose and relevant conditions. The brokerage fee (commission) is to be paid by the buyer in the amount of 5% + VAT on the purchase/sale price.
