We reach this property at the famous Palazzo Mocenigo, a historic building in St Mark's, on the second piano nobile. The location feels like a tribune to be able to watch the traditional Regata Storica from the front row, but also to be able to enjoy an incredible view of one of the most beautiful views in all of Venice, ranging from the Rialto Bridge to the façade of Ca' Foscari. We appreciate the fact that the palace's main entrance is in a very quiet location, protected from the pedestrian flow, in the elegant San Samuele area. Commission Details
The appointment for the sale with our real estate agency and our real estate agents is formalized with a written agreement or, without any document, with the utilization of the services shown in our service brochure, in our real estate expose and relevant conditions.
