Villasanta: Location and surroundings of this property

Villasanta is a well-serviced city of nearly 14,000 people, neighboring the city of Monza and overlooking the Villa Reale Park. It is located 26 km from Milan in a north-northeast direction, along the old route of State Road No. 36 to Lecco, at the northern end of the Po Valley and a few kilometers from the first hills of Brianza. Along its northwestern border flows the Lambro River, which then enters Monza Park. Its territory is flat, slowly sloping southward and toward the Lambro, and largely urbanized.
The main town core called La Santa takes up the southwestern part of the municipal territory, and is enclosed between the Monza Park city wall to the west and the Milan-Lecco railway line to the east. In the other hand, the districts of San Fiorano and Sant'Alessandro rise to the east, beyond the railway, and to the north, respectively.
The nearest highway entrance is the Vimercate Sud junction of Milan's Tangenziale Est, about 5 km away.
The town is served by the Monza-Molteno-Lecco railway line, via the station located at Via Benvenuto Cellini.
