The villas will be built in Loc. Cortina in Marciaga di Costermano sul Garda. Golf lovers will be satisfied by the fact that the Cà degli Ulivi Golf Club House is only a 20-minute walk away. The area has numerous cycle paths and is a strategic point for discovering the hinterland, for taking a tour of Lake Garda or for taking the climb up Monte Baldo. A 10-minute walk will take you to the New Marciaga Equestrian Centre. Climbing enthusiasts can train and have fun on the Marciaga cliff, 900 m away. For lovers of good food, this place offers traditional restaurants and quality agritourisms, as well as the famous "Locanda Perbellini", just 3 kilometres away, with a terrace overlooking the lake. There are numerous wine cellars and if you want to go into the wonderful Valpolicella you can do so by driving through hilly landscapes, arriving there in just 30 minutes. Torri del Benaco is 6.8 km away - Garda 3 km - Affi 10 km, which can be reached quickly and without traffic during the season. The beautiful Verona is 38 km away as is its airport. The nearest train station is in Peschiera or Verona to organise a visit to our beautiful Italy.

Commission Details

The assignment for the sale with ourselves and/or our agent is effected by written agreement or through utilization of our services on the basis of the service brochure/exposé and its related conditions.
