Menaggio: Location and surroundings of this property
Plesio is a small town adjacent to Menaggio, located in the hilly area behind the coastal town and from which you can enjoy an excellent lake view. Nearby are the Villa Vigoni, home of the German-Italian Cultural Foundation, and the Menaggio Golf Club, one of the oldest in Europe. Plesio has amazing hiking possibilities.
Lugano can be reached in 30 minutes by car, while the most famous ski resorts of Valtellina and Grisons Switzerland are only an hour's drive away.
Arriving in the nearby Menaggio (direct bus to and from Menaggio next to the house) you can take the boat to easily and quickly reach the most famous places of Lake Como such as Bellagio, Varenna, Cernobbio and Como.
The international airport of Milan Malpensa can be reached in about an hour and a half by car, while the nearest private airport of Lugano Agno is about forty minutes by car.

Commission Details
The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
