In 1825, the area known as 'Dogana' bordering the city centre became an integral part of Bolzano. From then on, only the area around today's Piazza Dogana, Via Brennero and Via Dodiciville began to be called 'Dogana'. Tangible signs of this area are the numerous school buildings and the Civic Museum, the Electricity Company (the 'Etschwerke'), the new City Hall and the public transport connections in and out of the city (Renon and Colle rack railway). Within walking distance is the Bolzano railway station as well as the bus station.

Commission Details

The brokerage contract with us and/or our agent is concluded by written agreement or through utilization of our services on the basis of the service brochure/Exposé and its terms and conditions.
