The villa is located in the upper part of Misano Monte, just a few steps from Misano Beach, a quiet and strategic area as it is only 8 km from the sea and a few km from Coriano and San Clemente.
Misano Monte, the historic centre of the town, is just over three kilometres from the sea. Here, you can visit the remains of the Malatesta castle, the 18th-century Oratory of Agina rebuilt on the remains of the ancient Roman building destroyed in the 1786 earthquake, and the Parish Church of San Biagio, which houses a 16th-century wooden crucifix and a 17th-century painted altarpiece.

Commission Details
The property brokerage engagement with “FCF real estate srl.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
