Commission Details

The mediation assignment with "FCF real estate srl" (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) will be formalised through the signing of a separate agreement and/or through the use of the services listed in our brochure or in our real estate fact sheets and related clauses. The fee payable by the buyer/landlord for the mediation (commission), plus VAT at the statutory rate, amounts to 3.5% of the sale price of the property or 10% of the annual rental fee. The entitlement to commission accrues, in the case of purchase and sale, at the time when the Buyer learns of the Seller's acceptance of his proposal; in the case of rental at the time when the tenant proposer learns of the acceptance of the rental proposal. The commission shall be paid upon the signing of the preliminary purchase and sale agreement (compromesso) or upon the conclusion of the rental agreement. The Buyer shall bear the registration tax, VAT if applicable, notary's fees, stamp duty, cadastral and mortgage taxes and any other right or tax pro tempore in force. FCF real estate srl declines any responsibility whatsoever with regard to the information contained in its advertising material, insofar as it is based on declarations made by the Seller/Landlord and/or professionals appointed by the same.
