Location and accessibility:
The villa has a phenomenal location, directly on the Singelgracht and with unobstructed views of the Rijksmuseum. Located in the midst of the bustling city and adjacent to the Spiegelkwartier, Museum Quarter, Vondelpark, Leidseplein and the Grachtengordel with its famous Jordaan neighbourhood. A variety of shops, cafés, restaurants, schools, childcare and sports facilities can be found in the immediate vicinity. This area is also surrounded by several entertainment venues, including the Stadsschouwburg, pop temple Paradiso, the Melkweg and the Nieuwe De La Mar Theatre. Exclusive shopping can be found on P.C.
