E&V sells the original manor house structure of Lermo with 13,000m2 of land, in Santiago

What remains of the imposing manor house still dominates the recreational estate in the Romaño area, in Santiago de Compostela. It is an ideal plot for constructing a building dedicated to a hotel, senior or student residence, or any other use that requires such an expanse of land. Formerly, the mansion, with 626m2 built, featured three stone-carved shields on its façade, along with its annexes like the granary, stables, and sheds, forming a single building. Additionally, its exterior still showcases its beauty, with ancient trees, gardens, fountains with stone fronts, and a pool, characteristic of the property's recreational purpose. It also enjoyed areas of meadows, farmland, vegetable gardens, and woodland.
