Engel & Völkers presents, as a complement to the acquisition of the boutique winery (W-049L2Q) currently in operation in La Torre de Utiel, an attractive vineyard extension that completes and enhances the wine-producing project.
This is a group of approximately 81,884 m² of vineyards, distributed across 20 plots located in the Utiel, Camporrobles and Sinarcas areas, in the heart of the Valencian Community’s wine-growing region.
The vineyards are planted with Bobal and Syrah, two highly distinctive varieties that provide different nuances and possibilities for the winery’s production project.
The distribution of the vineyards across different plots and locations also offers the possibility of working with varying soil characteristics and orientations, adding diversity and richness to the overall production.
The vineyard as a natural extension of the winery
The acquisition of these lands together with the winery enables the future owner to take a further step towards an integrated wine-producing project, incorporating an owned vineyard base into the production activity.
In this way, the project can encompass different stages of the process: from growing and selecting the grapes to winemaking, ageing, bottling and the subsequent presentation of the wine at the winery itself.
This integration is particularly attractive to those seeking to develop a boutique winery with its own identity, strengthening the connection between the wine, its origin and the land where it is produced.
An opportunity linked to the land
The vineyards are spread across Utiel, Camporrobles and Sinarcas, towns closely connected to the area’s wine-making tradition and to the distinctive landscape of inland Valencia.
The possibility of incorporating approximately 8.19 hectares of vineyards into the project makes this asset an especially attractive complement for a producer, investor or wine enthusiast wishing to expand production capacity and develop a project with a stronger connection to the land.
This group of vineyards is not marketed independently, but exclusively as a complement to the acquisition of the boutique winery, making it possible to create, together with the winery and tasting house, a distinctive wine-producing project with multiple development opportunities.
Winery, vineyard and wine experience brought together in a single project: the origin, production and culture of wine in the heart of Utiel-Requena.
