The residence is located in a building on the beachfront of Almardá, at the edge of the dunes. The apartment is on the first floor, with a security door that is part of an elegant, comprehensive, recent renovation, with good taste and modern aesthetics. Its charming foyer distributes the space without losing a square meter in hallways. On one side there is the American-style kitchen, fully equipped, with integrated appliances and two exterior windows. On the other side, we find the master bedroom, with a dressing area and an external window. Next to the entrance door, there is an attractively designed bathroom. Opposite, the jewel of the crown, the spacious living-dining room, with sea views and access to the terrace balcony. The dining area is next to the kitchen, for family lunches. The dining room opens to a second double bedroom, where the sea can be seen from the bed through its window. The living room allows us to settle down to chat or turn on the TV, with the sea always in sight and air conditioning for hot and cold. When we feel like it, we can step out to the cozy covered terrace, which invites unforgettable evenings, with the sea and the beach before us. The terrace continues along the other facade as a pleasant covered balcony. The living room and bedrooms have fans. On the ground floor of the building, there is a restaurant famous for its food, which closes in the afternoon. Parking is very easy around, with areas belonging to the neighbors. The main facade is southeast-facing and the lateral is southwest. Lots of sun in winter, which isn't bothersome in summer because the sun is higher. An ideal apartment, in short, to fully enjoy the Mediterranean.
