Exclusive estate of approx. 500 hectares with panoramic views of Mallorca

This exceptional property encompasses approximately 499 hectares of land and is located in the beautiful northeast of Mallorca. The extensive estate features diverse Mediterranean vegetation and impressive views across large parts of Mallorca, the Bay of Alcúdia and the Tramuntana Mountains. The finca includes almond and fruit trees. It currently operates a subsidized almond plantation as well as organic sheep and cattle farming, with approximately 350 sheep and 12 cattle. The land also has a hunting licence.

The historic 19th-century buildings offer significant development potential. A comprehensive project is planned to convert them into an agrotourism establishment with a total of 21 double rooms and 42 guest places, as well as communal areas, a restaurant and kitchen. The concept is complemented by an outdoor pool and spacious outdoor areas.

The Consell de Mallorca has already approved the public-interest designation (“Interés General”) for the change of use to agrotourism. The environmental impact assessment has also been completed with a positive outcome. The corresponding municipal permit was applied for with the Municipality of Artà and is currently still undergoing the approval process.
