E&V sells three buildings for full restoration in Santiago

The location is very good: Rúa Fontiñas street, integrated between the Concheiros and Fontiñas neighborhoods, excellently connected to the road network with access to and from the city. It is 300 meters from Avenida de Lugo and just a few meters from the two largest shopping centers in the city, both Área Central Shopping Center and Cancelas Shopping Center. It is a route used by pilgrims heading to Santiago Cathedral; along there they walk their final meters toward the long-awaited goal: embracing the Apostle Saint James. Hence the area’s urban development, with new buildings, others restored, and numerous street-level businesses, including hospitality—cafés, accommodations, restaurants—pharmacies, etc.
