Moncofar is a town in the province of Castellón, connected by train with all the surrounding towns. It has all kinds of services, medical center, supermarkets, restaurants and beaches with blue flag to enjoy the summer and walk in winter.
El Grao de Moncofa is considered a tourist destination of reference. It has great beaches, awarded year after year. It has a great promenade and stands out for being a very complete area in terms of services, both general (supermarkets, schools, sports areas and medical services, among others) and leisure, throughout the year. Its privileged coastal location is combined with the proximity to the Natural Park “La Serra d'Espadá”, where you can enjoy its green trails. In the nearby town of “La Vall d'Uixó” we find the famous Caves of Sant Josep, where we can enter the interior of the earth and navigate the longest subway river in Europe. It is the perfect combination of coast and mountains. It also has excellent access to the main highways that surround this area of Castellón, mainly the N-340 with a link to the CV-10 and the AP-7 freeway. It also has a train station as part of the Valencia-Castellón commuter train line.
