At the back of the house, we discover a vast porch also with a wooden cover overlooking the pool. The porch extends, connecting with the pool through an extensive bath area. The entire exterior around the pool is covered with sprayed concrete simulating wood. The storage building next to the pool is circular in shape, with a roof covered with cane simulating Masai huts. The other construction that appears at the rear exterior of the plot is completely made of pine wood, and it is a very versatile room for multiple uses. The entire house has double-glazed windows with wrought iron grilles. The ceilings are wooden with beams both inside and outside (porches and terrace). The doors are made of wood lacquered in white, and the floors are wood, hydraulic tiles, and clay tiles depending on the room. The property has photovoltaic panels providing it with considerable energy savings while being ecological. It also has its own well for private use. Both the kitchen and the living room on the upper floor have been renovated by the British firm “Hands-On-Design” by London designer Evey Dunbavin Hands.
