Moncofa, is a municipality located in the south of the province of Castellón. To the south of the municipality, next to Chilches, we find the area known as La Torre-Camí Cabres. Its location means that we can enjoy both the Playa de les Cases beach in Chilches (awarded with a blue flag) and the Playa de la Torre beach in Moncofa. In addition to its privileged coastal location, it is also close to the Serra d'Espadà Natural Park, where you can enjoy nature along its network of paths. In the nearby town of La Vall d'Uixó we find the famous Coves de Sant Josep, where we can go deep into the earth and navigate the longest underground river in Europe. It is the perfect combination of coast and inland. Both the Grao de Moncofar and Chilches have a wonderful beach with a promenade and stand out for being very complete areas as far as services are concerned, both in general (supermarkets, schools, sports areas, etc.). They also have excellent access to the main motorways that surround this area of Castellón, mainly the N340 with a link to the CV-10 and the AP-7 motorway. It also has a train station forming part of the Valencia-Castellón commuter train line.
