The apartment is located between the Alonso Martínez roundabout and Chamberí Square, on one of the quietest and most elegant streets in the Trafalgar neighborhood, in the Chamberí district. The building is the work of Francisco Javier Ferrero Llusiá, one of Madrid's most notable architects of the Madrid Rationalist movement, influenced by regionalist architecture, the monumentalism of Antonio Palacios, and the Neo-Baroque style of the 1920s, with such remarkable creations as the Olavide Market and the iconic Viaduct. In this specific area of Trafalgar, in the prime triangle formed by Luchana, Sagasta, and Santa Engracia streets, are found most of the stately buildings and mansions of Chamberí today, which emerged from Madrid Rationalism during a period of the 20th century generally considered to be between 1925 and 1950, often blended with architectural expressionism, the earlier Art Deco modernism, or academicism. Very close to the property, in the Glorieta de Alonso Martínez, Plaza de Chamberí, or Plaza de Olavide, there is a wide variety of bars, restaurants, shops, and leisure facilities. The area has an extensive public transport network, and parking spaces are available for sale or rent just a few meters from the building.
