Gomila Palma - Beautiful townhouses for rent

The new construction townhouses are located close to the centre of Palma, in El Terreno, a historic district of Palma where world-famous writers, actors and artists once lived. Gomila is part of a new rental project with a total of seven buildings and a variety of rental options. With one to three bedrooms, living room, equipped kitchen, garage parking and the possibility to use one of the two pools and the fitness centre in the overall concept, all included in the rental price. Each townhouse has a private terrace and a room in the basement with a separate bathroom and natural light that can be used as an office, second living area or guest room. Incorporated in the project are several restaurants, a bakery, a flower shop and a small 24/7 supermarket. All townhouses are built sustainably, equipped with underfloor heating and double-glazed windows. Responsible are the two renowned architectural firms MRVDV from the Netherlands and GRAS from Mallorca, who breathed life into this project with a lot of energy to enable a holistic project for the revitalisation of Plaza Gomila and its surroundings.
