The location is outstanding: Castile and León Street in the A Sionlla Industrial Estate, where industrial and commercial activity is carried out at the highest level. This estate was inaugurated in 2012, conceived as the natural extension of the Tambre and Costa Vella industrial estates. It provides 1.5 million m2 of gross area. Mercadona was the first company to set up, on a 6,000 m2 plot; Bricomart occupies 24,000 m2, and the Vehicle Inspection Station (ITV) is just a few meters from this warehouse. A Sionlla’s strong point is its excellent transport links, with immediate access to two of Galicia’s main motorways, the AP-9 and the A-54, as well as the N-550 national road. In addition, Lavacolla Airport is only 15 minutes away. Distances to the different cities in the autonomous community are: A Coruña 73 km, Ferrol 91 km, Lugo 111 km, Ourense 106 km, Vigo 92 km, and Pontevedra 67 km.
